The upgrade society B.V., registered at willem klooslaan 83, 5615nm in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, is responsible for the processing of your Personal Data.

In order to connect you with companies that offer initiatives on our website in the context of our service, we first ask you to open a free user account.  Through this account we collect your login details - your username and your password ('Login Data'). We then ask for your personal information ("Personal Data"), such as your name and contact details, as well as mandatory and voluntary data about yourself. Furthermore, we may automatically collect data for technical or statistical reasons while using the upgrade society website and services, such as your IP address, sites visited, etc. ("General Data").

Under no circumstances does the upgrade society knowingly collect Personal Data of minors, use them in any way or pass it on to third parties without permission.

Data deletion

By using the 'delete account' button, you can delete your account at any time, including your Personal Data. This automatically cancels all ongoing procedures in the matching process. Your account will be cancelled in accordance with the legal regulations.

We will also automatically delete your account and personal data no later than 12 months and in accordance with the legal regulations after your last login in our system.
